No Food in The Fridge

No food in the fridge. In the past week, I've gotten emails from two web apps that I never used, but once I signed up for, announcing they were shutting down service:
eFridge, a calendar/PIM thingy (using a metaphor that was probably taken from a Jerry Michalski Release 1.0 issue from a few years back), and Clippen.com, which according to the email was "a web-clipping service." If I remember right, Clippen was implemented via a client-installed browser add-on that seemed convoluted and poorly designed and was quickly uninstalled. Guess I won't be missing those two. Nonetheless, it's always sad to see someone's dream die.
