While ordering this user experience poster, I filled out the order form, submitted it and got:
Upon scrolling down, the only indication I can find of an error is this:
I am, in fact, ordering from the United States. And the country is not selectable anyway. So, I have no idea what to do. I re-submitted the form a couple times and got the same.
So I left.
You see why this is funny: I was ordering a poster about the importance of User Experience! From a user experience consulting company!
