Every caffeine addict, such as myself, loves to see an news article entitled, Coffee Is Your Friend and which starts out, "Scientists are waking up to the health benefits of coffee." But from what I could understand of the article, what the scientists have discovered is that drinking filtered coffee is theoretically better than drinking unfiltered coffee (what the heck is unfiltered coffee, anyway?) and that coffee may, in some ways, have benefits over unfiltered tap water. There was no mention of the many other health benefits of water over coffee.
