Yeeeerrrrrgh! After checking my Dell order status page and finding my machine still wasn't even in production, I just called and was told that my order had been "cancelled." What the bloody hell?! And the person I need to talk to is gone for the day. I left a message, but his voice mail greeting didn't inspire confidence: "For the week of Janurary 7th through Janurary 11th..." Oh, and my email to him bounced. Sad, new-computerless me. :(
