One thing I've noticed about posing via email and/or when not connected
to the web, is that posts are more likely to be of the jouranl type,
than of the web-linking type (obviously).
On the jouranl side, I'm now sitting in the Austin airport, waiting to
get a seat on my flight to Phoenix. It's oversold. They're offering $600
in credit for those that get bumped to a later flight tonight, so
hopefully they'll get enough volunteers.
The
other thing I've noticed is that for live-action posts, one really
wants to include a picture. Along those lines, I just saw someting
interesting in PC Magazine -- Kodak
is coming out with a "PalmPix" digital camera, which attaches to your
Palm III or Palm VII. It's not out yet, but it looks pretty small and
could be damn cool.
