It seems that the wise old men (well, two of them at least) are getting pumped about online education. At PC Forum, I discussed with Don Norman the new Internet education company he's involved with, UNext.com (as in "the next university"). And now, in Forbes, Peter Drucker (who recently developed some web-based courses of his own) writes, "Online continuing education is creating a new and distinct educational realm, and it is the future of education. There is a global market here that is potentially worth hundreds of billions of dollars." This can only be a good thing.
