My new sofa(-bed) is being delivered as I write this. They made me sign a waiver that they weren't responsible for damage to property or furniture when they saw my hellish little three flights of stairs they somehow had to wrangle it up. Somehow, it just didn't seem right that becuase the job looked difficult, they weren't going to take any responsibility for screwing it up. But I finally acquiesced, since I really wanted my sofa. As I hear them grunting and banging coming up the stairs, I'm fearing that was a mistake...

Oh shit. It didn't fit. Now what?
