Since I've been giving so much (mostly positive) press to IKEA lately, I need to mention this: Those bastards! There were some parts missing in the stuff they delivered today. So we called them up to try and get them, and they gave us two choices: 1) Go to the IKEA store and pick them up ourselves (over the Bay Bridge and a general pain in the ass). Or: 2) Wait to have them sent via UPS, which they said would take up to two weeks. Argh. I would expect them to be FedExed ASAP. Low prices should not have to equal crappy service (just ask Amazon).
