I've been reading Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies. Most significant (to me) business book I've read in a long time. Makes it obvious how incompatible the current Silicon Valley / Internet / venture-capital-driven methodology and mentality is to building organizations of sustained value, substance, and lasting success.
