Hotmail: You Get What You Pay For. The most annoying thing about this is Microsoft saying they can't provide telephone support for HotMail because of "security reasons." That may be a good excuse, but the fact is, they can't afford to offer telephone support for a free web service because it doesn't make business sense. It'd be much better for everyone if they would tell people that, so the users understood that's part of the equation of using these free services -- and even better if they offered a non-free version as an alternative.
