LinksManager. Remember my rant about pricing, one of the points of which is that not everything should be either free or $19.95/month? Another case in point:
LinksManager.com is a web app for site owners that manages and hosts links page (as in, reciprocal links to other sites that link back). Now, there are various problems here. For one, the first statement on their home page -- "Reciprocal linking is a great idea." -- hasn't been true for a few years now. But let's grant them that, because there are undoubtedly a few people who believe it. And, for those people, I can see how LinksManager would be handy. It not only lets you keep your links in a database and publish them in your formatting, but checks for links back, finds dead links, etc. And it looks not-badly done. Nonetheless, I have a hard time imagining many the small-time web site owners who do this sort of thing paying the $19.95/month LinksManager is asking (oftentimes, I'm sure, more than they pay to host their whole site).

Having said all that, LinksManager doesn't have to be used for reciprocal links. Maybe it's just a good way to build a directory (like this one).
