Last year, I thought about keeping a blog—or just a list, but a blog would be a handy way to keep the list—of all the movies I watch all year. Not because I have anything useful to say about them, just for the sake of having a log—I would include what, when, where, and with whom—of this activity that consumes a lot of my recreation time and, one could say, shapes one to a certain degree. I didn't and kinda wished I did. (Why it has to start at the beginning of the year, don't ask me.) Maybe I will this year. Maybe you will too. (Well, maybe!) Also: books?
