Circular Apparachiks

I was reading Adam Bosworth's latest post in Bloglines, when I came across the word, "apparachiks." Which I didn't know. So I paste it into Google. The first hit? The Bloglines citation page for that post. Not even the post itself.

Funny, huh?

Oh, apparachik means:
One who can always be counted on to repeat the party line with great gusto.
According to Jargon Database.

Correction: It's been pointed out to me that apparachik is actually spelled apparatchik, which would explain the funny Google results (even though there's a definition for the non-t spelling). Phew. Faith is restored.
