My dad and stepmom gave us this primo Krups toaster when they were visiting, because I was complaining about Sara's Hello Kitty toaster. I'm not sure she was thrilled with the gift, but it's great, and it does bagels. So we're using it. But there's a problem: It only toasts one side of the bread!I have no idea why. I can't find any buttons that imply this is an option. And who wants one side of their bread toasted? That's gross!
Clarification: Yes, one-sided toasting makes sense for bagels. Love it. But there's a bagel button! Which is not on!
