JobScore looks like a very interesting solution to that problem. For one thing the app looks good, and its free. Their model is to use a network approach, so you can tap into a wider network of candidates than just those who find the job through your site.
I haven't used it yet, but have gotten the pitch from co-founder, Dan Arkind (who used to be a recuiter, and I've used his services). That was a while back, and the whole thing looks much more refined now.
