Lane on starting a company: "Imagine all the work you've ever done in your life, multiply it by 4.2, add on your most stressful moment ever, compounded by that time you felt really, really awkward and humiliated during high school, and that's pretty much par for the course around here. Which isn't to say it isn't fun; it is!" Sounds about right. (I've done it three times. Though, I am choosing to not be so stressed out, to think longer term, and to not burn out this time. It's working well so far.)
