How many times have we heard this story in the last four years?: "New Internet 'zip codes' like dot-web, dot-sex, dot-shop or dot-banc could be available before the end of the year if the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) approves a proposal to begin introducing new generic top-level domains (gTLDs) to the legacy root server." Then do it already! Or don't. Argh.
